Hôtel à oublier

Arrivée à l Hôtel après avoir deviné que il était derriere le buffalo grill. Il était fermé. La borne à l entrée était HS. Le numéro d appel d urgence renvoie vers un incompétent qui conseille de se promener dans la zone pour trouver un autre hôtel. Hotel à déconseiller totalement.

Hôtel glauque et une responsable anti commerciale.

À peine arrivée dans la chambre, je suis redescendue pour signaler que je souhaitais annuler les 2eme et 3eme nuits prévues : je suis partie sans avoir été remboursée d'un centime. Non seulement cet hôtel est affreux mais en plus j'estime que ce refus de remboursement est malhonnete de la part de la responsable.

Hôtel à rénover. Fenêtre qui ne fermait pas. WC avec pied dans le bac à douche. Mauvaise insonorisation et bruyant ce week-end là (dû fait d'autres vacanciers) Sinon personnels allant à l'essentiel en étant très polis.

Bonjour, Nous avions réservé 2 chambres dans votre hôtel, nous l'avions choisi car nous étions de mariage et votre établissement était le plus proche de la salle du mariage. Le personnel à l'accueil est absolument charmant, aimable et serviable. mais le reste !!!!!!! des sanitaires en très mauvais état. Les lits ne laissant pas l'ouverture de la porte des toilettes. le bois vermoulu des coursives. le télé ne fonctionne pas. Le seul point positif, la literie en bon état, mais surprise le lendemain, je retrouve un morceau de sopalin usager dans le lit !!!!. pour la 2° chambre nous avions demandé 2 lits jumeaux, la réalité 3 lits jumeaux et plus de place pour le lit bébé, obligé de déménager la table dans le placard-lavabo pour placer un lit bébé. la prochaine fois nous ferons un peu plus de km.

Une catastrophe

Horrible. Pas de chauffage, un voisin qui a fait du bruit toute la Nuit en toute impunité. Pas de support de pomme de douche. Un lit catastrophique qui m'a fait mal au dos le lendemain matin. Je ne recommande cet hotel à personne. Plus jamais cet hotel.

Juste besoin d'y dormir pour une nuit car RDV chez un notaire le lendemain. Nous y avons très mal dormi. Pas de protection sur le matelas, pas de drap housse. Drap plat qui n'a pas arrêté de glisser, les oreillers de mauvaise qualité et la TV encastrée dans le mur nous a empêché de débrancher pour éteindre ce voyant rouge de veille qui éclairait la chambre. Salle de douche minuscule sans savon dans le distributeur et très mal conçue car il y a les toilettes à l'intérieur alors que le lavabo se trouve dans un autre endroit à l'extérieur de la chambre.

Bpnjour, J'ai choisi cette hôtel car il se situait a coté d'ou je devait me rendre pour mon travail .. je suis arrivé au alentour de 22h ce jour la en entrant dans ma chambre quel belle surprise le lit avait déjà été occupé et les draps non changés après réclamation on m'a donc donné une autre chambre!jeudi soir en rentrant de ma journée de boulot 1 autre belle surprise la porte de la chambre que j'occupait était ouverte ,signalé a l’hôtesse d’accueil qui n'a pas réagie!! il est certain que je ne retournerais pas dans cette hôtel est que je ne manquerais pas d’écrire au siège des hôtels Balladins

Bien que la femme de menage est bien fait sont travail, la chaire est en si mauvais étant ( murs sales, sols sales, rideaux mobiliers en mauvais état et sale qu'on a peine y toucher. Personnel agréable et acceuillant et disponible. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.
