Muchas gracias chicas! ”

“Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff kindly...

“Lindo hotel”

“Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.”

“Overall the hotel is fine, but we had a dissapointing experience upon our arrival. The room that was appoitend to us smelled really badly like cigarettes (in a way that it was like entering an ash tray). When we complained to the staff about this, their reply was: 'just open the windows and spray some deodorant'. Only after I then threatened to cancel and to find a different hotel, they found a solution and gave us another room. To me this is not 4 star client friendly service. Overall I wiuld...

“Rigtig skønt hotel som ligger smukt. Dejlig mad i restauranten.

“The View to Mount Etna was the best, the garden house was well looked after so you enjoy the green areas and the calmness there. wished to spend more time there but had plans to go out for most of the day so was good overall. would definitely recommend it for couples who want to escape the city and enjoy the view.”

“Hotel nuevo, buenas instalaciones, buen desayuno y excelente restaurant”

“Muy buena estadía. Recomendable ”

“It is not a 4 star hotel… the shower was rusty, the walls are paper thin and you can’t regulate the temperature… it should be a 3 star hotel ”

“Our stay was excellent; the family were kind, attentive and welcoming. They helped us out a lot with anything we asked for. The accommodation was beautiful and immaculate and felt like a calm and peaceful haven after a day of touring. Excellent location however would recommend a car for ease of getting to the nearby towns. Beautiful breakfasts with some delicious home made sweet treats every morning. Mille Grazie Giovanni and Filippa 💙❤️”

“Quarto ótimo. Localização pra ir a outros lugares. Equipe muito prestativa. E oliveiras incríveis.”

“We stayed at Tenuta di Fessina during the last week of August 2026 and absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful boutique hotel surrounded by vineyards, with amazing views, a peaceful atmosphere and a very refined, classic style. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, and breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options. One of our favourite moments was simply relaxing by the pool with a glass of their own wine and enjoying the views over...
