Hotel is rather 3 star than 5. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t clean … dirty towers and bedsheets arent changed as expected. Asked for a super king bed at the booking and later via the chat but instead we got two single… that weren’t too comfortable either. The staff was excellent and I would not say a bad word.. same as the ammenities at the site were really good. Really nice stay but would pick a different hotel next time.

We loved our stay here! Had a fantastic week. The swimming pools were amazing. The evening entertainment was also good fun! My boys were fascinated with all of the stunning fruit trees growing on the property as well! So lush and beautiful. The location was fantastic. Only a short walk to the town/port, as well as a short drive to other beautiful parts of the island such as Maspalomas sand dunes, los azulejos de Veneguera, Amadores beach etc. Would highly recommend this as a great hotel for families especially.

This is a brilliant hotel in a fantastic location. The room was spacious, modern and well equipped with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Ideal location on the island for a quiet getaway but within easy reach of other towns and villages by bus, boats and Taxi's. The hotel is on the edge of the town but within easy reach of supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the harbour and main town. The hotel caters for all ages and has areas catering for adults and also others for families. Have visited before and hope to visiting again soon.

loved the layout, and position. quiet and great breakfast and food generally. the drinks were not as exensive as other 5 star hotels and meant that we could balance shop drinks, bar drinks with staying at the hotel too. The pools were reat a play pool for kids and a quiet pool although different lifegaurds brought different levels of strictness. it was supposed to be a calm pool and was most of the time. we had a door battery go on us one night, staff ralied and sorted quickly even gave us a treat for the inconveinience. we would return although 11 nights weve tested many resturuants. the jet ski safari was brilliant

We had incredible stay at Radisson hotel. The resort is very well equipped, well staffed and has a good offering of services. Perfect location, just a 10 min walk to the centre of Puerto de Mogan. We absolutely enjoyed our diners at Fillini restaurant at the resort. Michelin star food at reasonable prices. Big shout out to the wait and kitchen staff! Thanks for your friendly and attentive service :) We can’t wait to come back again.

I have been coming to Radisson Blu Mogan since 2018, usually 2-3 times per year, and have always found this hotel to be incredibly welcoming. From the staff at the front desk when you arrive, to the housekeeping staff in the rooms and the amazing (and very patient) staff in the restaurants (particularly at breakfast), they are all so good. The rooms are a really good size, with everything you need (including sun loungers on the very large balconies) easily to hand. The resort is also very conveniently located for the port and Mogan Playa, with its plethora of bars and restaurants, as well as a SuperDino supermarket for the day to day essentials. Overall, this is a very consistent and comfortable resort that I would definitely recommend.

Finally found the perfect family hotel. The location is superb with nice restaurants nearby and little Venice at Port Mogan. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and the facilities are great. It just works. Nice big pool which is relaxed for kids with floats. The kids could go around safely to the pool and the room. They made lots of friends as lots of English people here. The breakfast is great and the snack bar/on site restaurants are good as well and extremely reasonable price wise. We moved to another hotel during our trip after our stay ended here and we wish we had stayed at the Radisson for our entire holiday! Highly recommended.

This was our diet last time visiting Mögen and staying at this resort! We had a lovely time. The hotel is easy to locate, does have onsite parking (when my family & I visited was flooded) along with free street side parking, recommended by the hotel staff. Our rental car was completely fine parking on the road. The hotel was very clean, staff super nice & friendly. Our room was wonderful as was the pool. We did not visit the hotel restaurant (always walked to other restaurants) but had their breakfast each day, which was phenomenal! The selection amazing and definitely did not disappoint. The onsite gym is small, but has enough variety to get a good workout in each day if one chooses. The resort is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, & other restaurants! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and my family and I would recommend staying here!
