Best place to stay in Puerto Rico

Great place to stay. Second visit and very happy they give me a room on a high floor as requested. Cleaner did a great job looking after us throughout our stay. Pool is fabulous

La struttura di per se non è male, non troppo distante dal mare e dal centro. Non si mangia per niente bene sia a colazione che a cena, il buffet è ripetitivo e non c’è molta scelta. Una grande mancanza è la pulizia delle camere direi pessima, a volte il letto non veniva sistemato e non cambiavano gli asciugamani per non parlare del pavimento. Peccato

Ein mittelmäßig gutes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Hotel Person. Jeden Tag wurde für Animation gesorgt, mit Gesang Künstlern, Akrobaten usw… man konnte teilnehmen oder nicht. Zum Strand und in die Innenstadt, zu Fuß, zwar bergauf, aber gut erreichbar. Was das Essen angeht, mann ist satt geworden. Mir haben leider die nationalen speisen gefehlt: wie Paella oder Meeresfrüchte… Ein großer minus betrifft die Sauberkeit.!! Schimmel in der Duschkabine, auch nach dem Besuch der Reinigungsdame, nicht sauber. Defektes aufgeweichtes Tür Blatt, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel finde ich.

Fint hotell med utmerket beliggenhet. Leiligheten er romslig og ren. Savnet tykkere dyne, da det var kun laken på sengen. Det ble litt i kaldeste laget med en natt temp nede i 15 grader. Men fikk et ullteppe i resepsjonen.

Der Eingang liegt an einer steilen Straße mit glattem und schrägem Bürgersteig- besonders bei Nässe und/oder mit glatten Schuhsohlen sehr gefährlich. Man kann nur auf der Straße sicher gehen. Einige Zimmer haben Aussicht auf eine Mauer - direkt vor dem Balkon ! Abendunterhaltung ist sehr laut, zum Glück nicht jeden Abend. Küchenzeile ist ausreichend eingerichtet -der Toaster jedoch qualitativ schlecht.

Trenger oppussing!

Ok opphold og renhold, men leilighetene trenger virkelig å pusses opp! Bodde i 5.etasje. Sengene var totalt utslitte og grusomme, og sikkert like gamle som hotellet. Ingen ventilasjon på kjøkkenet, så det var ikke tilrådelig å koke/steke hvis man ville unngå matos på klær og i leiligheta forøvrig. Dørene/karmene hadde store vannskader. Fryseren på kjøleskapet fungerte ikke. Lite komfortable stoler på balkongen. Prøvde å oppgradere til annen leilighet, men uten hell. Bassengområdet var fint, alltid ledige solsenger. Hyggelig personale. Sentralt, gåavstand til sentrum og strand.

Nice hotel

Clean and nice hotel. Most of the staff was very helpful and nice but some not. Room was nice but the AC was a little bit noisy! Nice pool area.

Hotellet/rommet, bassenget og beliggenhet er veldig bra! Det som er irriterende er at man kan havne på rom med veldig dårlig utsikt/nesten ingen…og det ødelegger den gode opplevelsen av å sitte på balkongen om kveldene.
