Highly recommend

We had a most enjoyable stay. We booked it last minute after a long drive from North of Sweden to the UK. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Very relaxing, clean, excellent food and beer options, dog friendly, free parking. All staff we have interacted with were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Would highly recommend and will most certainly stay there again on our next trip to Sweden.

The property was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The on site restaurant was wonderful, and the serving staff were very friendly. Our reception on check-in was pretty abrupt and cool, and we think the receptionist was having a bad day. Other than that, the stay was very good, after considering that it is a pretty rustic hotel in an historic German town - but we liked that.

Deeply disappointed

I was shocked about the reception staff and once I saw the room I turned around and I was done with the place and left right away, I didn't stay one night even though I lost all my money as the hotel refused to at least reimburse me for some of the nights.

Hotel meraviglioso. Prima colazione ottima e abbondante. Pulitissimo. Ho soggionato alla 111, camera impeccabile, pulitissima e perfettamente insonorizzata. L'hotel dispone di un ottimo ristorante e di un bar. Disponibile anche un piccolo parcheggio dell'hotel. Assolutamente consigliato.

Wij hadden het appartement geboekt. Het is ruim met een aparte slaapkamer en een grote jacuzzi en douche. Het zijn ook goede bedden. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Hotel heeft een eigen parkeerterrein buiten (gratis). Voor de garage moet je wel betalen. Minpunten: geen koelkast, geen waterkoker en je zit iets verder van het hotel af.
