I was disappointed in our last stay here. We’ve stayed here for years and have always received high quality service and the facility was always clean. The room quality we were given was less than what we paid for. You have to call down to the front desk for the elevator to be sent up for you. It overall was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with the room quality and we won’t be back

A group of five siblings traveled together to visit our parent at a nearby hospital. We needed a place that was comfortable, safe, clean, and in close proximity to the hospital. It surpassed our expectations. Staff friendly and helpful. The beds also comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus. The price was reasonable and parking was included in the nightly price. I’d return again and I do recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I used to book the Doubletree in down town , they would always put me in the higher floors and at times the elevator didn't work... This hotel area is a little sketchy but its very very convenient, many food choices in the area , it has microwave and a small fridge in the room always clean . Its my go too in the area...
