Both Albert and Pam at the front desk are absolutely delightful! Way better than average free breakfast... No , not Michelin but.... AC was a little noisy but worked great and was much needed! Some reviewers complained of local noise due to closeness of freeway but we didn't notice too much. Maybe noisy AC covered it up LOL! Perhaps a dual blessing as noise cancellation and life saving as it has been 105 degrees here during our stay! Not a big fan of Modesto but would stay here again in a heartbeat if I have to!
