The swimming pool area needs urgent attention. The garden furniture was dusty while the concrete around the pool needs a pressure wash and freshening up to rid it of the smell of urine.

hidden gem, great location

this is a pretty nice hotel, great location downtown Modesto, very comfortable rooms with nice beds, Wi-Fi and cable TV. The rooms were pretty clean, and it look like everything was in working order. Only saw one little cockroach, but everything seemed to be very clean for the room. Great location right downtown, with restaurants, bars, and entertainment, all within walking distance! Very friendly staff, quick check-in, make sure I didn't didn't need anything before I left, I would stay here again if I was in Modesto. Lots of parking.

I wasn’t planning on staying at this hotel because we had booked something closer to the area we were visiting but that hotel was horrible so we quickly booked this hotel last minute. Checked in right before midnight. I was pleased with the overall experience. The room was clean, well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the property felt safe and welcoming. The staff was courteous and efficient, and check-in/check-out were seamless. The only minor drawback was that breakfast service ended a bit early for a weekend - 9:30am. Extending breakfast hours to 10am would better accommodate guests who get in late or prefer a slower start to their morning. Overall, a great stay, and I would gladly return or recommend this hotel to others.

To be in this unique part of town they need more

Comfortable and peaceful it needs more detail cleanness the small coffee makers was full of mineral couldn't even warm water their breakfast was sad and the front desk very rude to the late eaters on the tables pick everything up without notice to the attendance of their sad breakfast
