The hotel is clean , people at the desk are very nice and helpful. We had a little concern about our room and they were very fast to solve the situation. Close to the city center ( 10 min) and close to the countryside also. Good breakfast too

The team was amazing as always. They went out of their way to make sure thateverything was amazing. The reception team helped you with collecting some documents. The housekeeping staff were friendly, smiling, and did an excellent job every day. I highly recommend a safe, comfortable welcoming hotel experience give them a visit! Decent place to explore Modena from

Comfortable hotel with a great restaurant. I did however find the lobby music too loud and audible on the 1st floor. Pool was great but the I’ll be better once renovated, good it wasn’t entirely closed so could use it while being paved around.

We had our first stay there and got a small room heading to the street , after complaining they wanted to put us in a smoker room, on the third try the chamber was ok Pay attention to hidden costs. We had to pay a local fee at checkout, which was not mentioned before!

Hôtel se trouvant derrière une grande route nationale au cœur de la zone industrielle et des concessionnaires autos. Le site de l'hôtel est très trompeur pour cela ! Les chambres double attic bien qu'ayant une jolie salle de bains sont très petites. Pas la place d'ouvrir votre valise Petit déjeuner correct à part les jus de fruits industriels Abords de la piscine en construction en plein mois d'août ! Scie sauteuse et marteau piqueur rendant le séjour très désagréable. Bistrot fermé également les we seules des chips vous sont proposées ! Prix du chien 20 euros très cher par rapport à des hôtels plus luxueux Les réceptionnistes ne savent indiquer des excursions ou des visites. Ils vous recommandent d'aller sur internet et de téléphoner vous même ! Dommage
