The hotel is good overall: friendly staff, good AC, comfortable bed, nice breakfast ( we didn’t like coffee only) , convenient location to the city center. When we checked in , there were a few mosquitoes in the room, so we changed the room and enjoyed our stay after.

The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful...they even offered to take our laundry home to help us (we didn't let them work after hours). The location is close to the train station, and walkable to Modena. The room was clean, and the a/c worked well. The curtain was missing, but the shudders worked even better. The breakfast included meats, yogurt and even scrambled eggs.

Modena Principe Hotel

Everything at the Principe Hotel in Modena was nice, clean and the personnel service was exceptional. They were always very serviceable and willing to answer questions, make suggestions, and help us at any moment. About the room, it was way spacious and well equipped with all amenities for travelers. Whoever designed the rooms and preparation deserves good recognition.

Small room in a clean hotel

This is a relatively small and friendly hotel, close to the station and also the historic centre. The staff are helpful, and the room is clean. My only quibble is the size of the room - it’s very tight and the bed is close to the desk. The external shutters were nearly closed and I couldn’t open them, which makes the room dark. It has a lot of merits, and is a good base to see Modena

All in all the stay was good, upon Arrival receptionist was unpleasant, night receptionist was nice And helpful. Room was small, clean and quiet, the AC was fantastic!

Modena Side-trip

We popped up to Modena to acquire Aged Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar. Got both, with a wonderful walk around town, stay at the hotel and great recommendation for restaurant.
