Hello. Our room was infested with ants. We did not arrive until 2:00 AM so we immediately went to bed. We woke up to my son covered in ants. I was told by the lady who checked us out that she would try to get us a refund. I sent an email with a video of the ants but haven’t heard anything.

All in all, it's pretty nice. The beds are pretty hard, but I'm sure it's not easy to have beds for everyones preference. My biggest issue, was the lack of a smart TV. I thought for sure I wouldnt have any issues. For that matter, it's hard to find a non smart TV now a days. Yet both tvs in my suite weren't smart. Other than those two minor things, everything was stellar. The room, the service... It was great.

Homewood suites in Daphne is the right area for us to stay while passing thru to our final destination. Rooms were clean and checkin/out was easy. Area had some restaurants and shops that were in walking distance. great stop.

It took several trips to the front desk to get a key that would open our door so we spent a bit of time standing in the hall with all our things and dog waiting for the staff to figure out the keys.

The hotel location is great. I felt very safe and had no issue sleeping. The room was exactly as described. We arrived a little late and the woman at the front desk as very kind and helpful. When we expressed concern over the breakfast being after we had to leave in the morning, she made a note and had two small grab and go bags ready for my kids in the morning. Such a simple thing that made a huge difference in our day. Her name was Linley, and she deserves a bonus! She was very welcoming and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great for our family. The bathroom light went out when we flipped the switch. We let them know and it was going to take some time to fix. They moved us to another suite and gave us an upgrade. The employees are VERY friendly and awesome!
