From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was great. The rooms were very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and nice. Truly an amazing stay with such phenomenal staff!!! The rooms are immaculate, clean, and essentially brand new. The breakfast is premium and handled with love by the staff and it was greatly appreciated. They took their time preparing everything and helping people out. The custodial staff were also so kind and caring about what we thought of the stay. I truly hope the hotel maintains this momentum of excellent customer service and stay experience because as frequent I-10 travelers from our of state, we have saved this hotel as our in-between location. 10/10 highly recommend!

We only stayed one night as a quick rest stop on our way back to Texas from Florida, but we were very impressed with this hotel! You can tell it’s brand new, everything was clean, fresh, and well maintained, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. The King Suite was perfect for our family. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and the queen pull-out couch gave our boys plenty of room to sleep comfortably. We could easily see ourselves staying here for multiple nights. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and felt more like a buffet, with plenty of great options for the whole family. The location was also very convenient, close to I-10, and we were even able to walk to the Mexican restaurant next door for dinner. This will definitely be our go-to stop in Mobile when traveling between Texas and Florida. Great hotel, great location, and an overall excellent stay!

When I booked the room I read the reviews and they stated that this hotel was newly renovated. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not renovated but it was BRAND NEW! You could still smell the fresh paint and drywall when entering the lobby. Landscapers were still laying fresh Sod in the front. Hotel staff confirmed it was in fact a brand new hotel and had only been open for 3 weeks. Everything was brand spanking new. I loved it! The free breakfast was a FULL breakfast with every option you could think of. It was not just a continental breakfast. I also didn’t realize that free dinner was available nightly as well. That was also a nice surprise. Staff were polite and friendly every time we came in contact. I asked the supervisor Mel for a tour of a suite and he obliged with no questions asked. One afternoon Chris brewed me a fresh pot of coffee and popped some fresh popcorn which is also available 24/7 to guest. Just excellent hospitality all the way around. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the decor. It was tastefully done,neutral, and modern. This was my first time staying at a Drury hotel and it certainly won’t be my last.

It was a great stay, very clean. I did call the front desk because our first night there because our room smelled of marijuana because somebody on the third floor was smoking and all they said was that someone up there was doing something they weren’t supposed to… My son was supposed to sleep in the living room and we had to all sleep on one bed instead because no solution was offered. I would have stayed home if it meant not getting kicked in my sleep but thankfully the rest of the nights were better. They did have free breakfast and complimentary snack from 530-7pm so that was nice.. I would stay again, next time I would just hope for a solution should something like that happen again

I stayed here because if the kickback and the bar was closed. I asked a staff memeber and she said we dont have alcohol here. The website states they have alcohol during kickback and when the kitchen is opened. Also the drink machine wasnt on at 3pm everyday. I feel it should have been on the website that they wasnt serving alcohol during kickback until the license was acquired. I had to ask chatgpt why no alcohol was being served. Everything else was nice and new. Suite was spectacular and massive. Kickback evening food needs some updating. The breakfast is great!!!
