The room was great! Check in was easy, and communication with management was flawless. If you are not a needy traveler and can handle not having a hammam spa, this place is great! A really big plus side to it is the location. It is a clean roof over your head with a good shower. Room had a microwave and refrigerator.

The motel looks abandoned. Four foot tall weeds in the front of the building. Office area looks like a building to be condemned. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked. But the entire motel needs to be torn down and start over. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. Even at $97/night I felt ripped off.

Rooms were the perfect size, tv, microwave, fridge, air conditioner, coffee and hairdryer. Some stuff could use some upgrading, but overall clean and comfortable. Also- my shower had amazing water pressure- the best water pressure in any hotel i have ever been in. Parking wasn’t too hard to find. Great location.

The price was right, beds comfortable. Ice machine did not work, no out of order sign. No laundry available. Lighbulbs need to be replaced in hall and room. Maybe some lighting on entrance sign. Was by an outside door and someone would come through it and slam it.

The fact that it is a self-check service makes it different in a good way. Once you have your codes for your room, you are all set. But a big plus is that, even though you are doing all on your own, there is someone you can reach out to via text, which is more than what I've gotten with in-person services at some places. Self-service with a sense of having help in case it is needed. I'll stay here as many times as I need to.

Perfect location to walk to Moab Brewery and Blu Pig. Check in was easy and convenient. We were able to communicate directly to owner by text if we needed anything. Perfect location for our 2 days in Arches.
