The property was clean and well maintained. The location was about 4 miles from town so a little far to make the walk. But, the short drive to the main activity and entertainment was still not bad. We loved the quiet that this hotel provided. Breakfast and parking were included so worth the value.

The rooms were very clean and neat, bathroom was spotless, staff was extremely nice. The only thing that we were not happy about was the breakfast. There were eggs and bacon, biscuits, and gravy. The gravy was like white water, it was horrible.

The hotel was located at the south end of Moab, close to all the restaurants in the downtown area. Also, very close to arches national Park. The rooms are very clean. The staff was very nice. Very nice view from our hotel room. The amenities looked nice, although we did not get to use them. I felt like the price was very reasonable.

The hotel is convenient and nice. There were some stains on the floor and sheets but generally it was pretty clean. Great overnight stay and pretty close to two national parks. The breakfast was great and the entire check-in and checkout process were smooth. I would recommend this place. For improvement of the hotel I would say to put a bit more focus on the cleanliness. Parking was convenient as well, but it can fill up and will require a walk. Staff was helpful when needed.
