We love it here because it’s convenient and inexpensive. Arun at the front desk is super helpful and very friendly. On this stay, we really noticed a decline in the cleaning. It was very dirty. In addition to that someone had shut the refrigerator off, and the freezer had defrosted into a giant puddle in the freezer tray and then subsequently the floor when we open the door to the refrigerator. We cleaned that up too. Please, do better and we will continue to give you our business.

The room was nasty. Clogged bathroom sink, burned out bulb over bathroom sink, paint everywhere on light bulbs, windows etc. Worse paint job I've ever seen. A child could have done better. Hair in the shower and sink. The bed smelled, and was uncomfortable so I slept in my car. The bathroom window was open when I walked in with no screen. Some of the privacy film on the window was peeled off so someone could peep in the bathroom from outside. I know the room was cheap, but most of what I saw could easily be remedied.

My standards are not unrealistic, especially for a budget priced hotel. The room we were given at the Inca Inn however was completely unacceptable. Upon entry there was a large puddle on the floor due to leaking refrigerator. There were personal items left from previous customers. Supplied disposable paper coffee cups were used. Couldn’t see television through the greasy haze on it. Toilet seat was covered in dry urine and pubic hair, shower was caked in mildew, and the supplied linens should have been demoted to rags long ago. It was very apparent that no cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. We spoke to the front desk manager and refused the room. In an effort to make things right, he offered us another room but after what we witnessed, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. We were instructed to seek our refund through Expedia where we had booked. Hopefully this review inspires the Inca Inn to make the changes needed.
