Great location. Breakfast was ok…wasn’t amazing but doable. The sitting chair at the desk was stained so bad that we were afraid to sit on it. We even took a photo and went down and showed the front desk staff who was shocked as well and stated he was documenting it so we weren’t charged. Our coffee pot was broken too. I called that night and asked the gentleman to bring me a different coffee pot and he said that that would be a difficult task because he didn’t have any available he thought, But he would call me right back in a few moments he stated after he verified. He told me worse case scenario I could just come down in the morning and get coffee from the lobby…he told me I didn’t need to have it necessarily in my room. I was sort of taken back bc I told him I really didn’t want to come down in my pjs. I waited a couple hours and never heard from him and finally fell asleep. Around 4 o’clock in the morning I called the front staff and the lady told me she had plenty of coffee pots and she would bring me one no problem. She brought me one within 10 minutes. I guess I was a little disappointed with the gentleman from the night before for his lack of follow through and for not necessarily telling me the truth about the coffee pot situation. I think he just didn’t want to help me. Other than that, the hotel worked great for my family’s needs.
