This is a great place to stay in Moab Very clean. Staff was great. It is an updated older motel in downtown Moab. Probably not your style if you are looking for a luxury hotel If you are looking for a really nice, clean place to stay this is for you. The rooms are spacious, not cramped and quite nice. Easy walking distance to eat, drink and shop. I highly recommend staying at this motel. I will stay again when I am sight seeing or just passing through

The motel is downtown and within walking distance to stores & quick drive to Arches NP. I expected road noise but there wasnt any in the room. So many outdoor activities within an hour or so, including Dead Horse Point SP & Canyonñands NP. Room was very clean & no issues parking. Great value; would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 3 nights at Bowen this past week and it was great. The room was clean and comfortable and they even provided wash rags for the red dust of Moab and ear plugs for noise. I appreciated that I could keep the air conditioning fan on constant to drown out the traffic noise. I didn't use the pool, but was happy there was one available. I'd definitely stay again.
