Place was very clean and the manger was friendly and helpful! You get one parking spot per room, and there is already couple chairs outside your room so you can enjoy the views around you! It’s located right on the main road, easy to walk places as well!

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in when visiting Moab but not the worst. It is the only one I’ve ever stepped on a cockroach first thing in the morning in the bathroom. Other than that the room seemed fairly clean.

If you are looking for a Moab stay and avoid tourist pricing, This if your spot. Service was incredible. They gave excellent recommendations on where to grocery shop and avoid the price hikes, restaurants that will blow your mind and even providing discount cards for local businesses and restaurants. I would pick this Motel again and again. Comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, very clean and next to everything you need.

Adventure Inn & Motel provided terrific value and was surprisingly convenient to our off-road tour company and saved us a lot of time traveling to and from Arches NP. It is the perfect spot, with superior access and a great value with a staff who was intent on making my stay all it could be.
