“Jack and Xiu are excellent hosts. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for one night. Jack helped us get around and they answered all our questions about the local area. Strongly recommend staying at either of Jack's properties. They will take excellent care of you.”

“This stay was absolutely sublime. Located peacefully in the heart of the mountains where you can see parts of the Great Wall, it’s the perfect base camp for those wishing to tackle one of the wonders of the world! “The room was unhygienic and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Most importantly, the door lock did not work, making it impossible to secure our belongings or feel safe. The entrance did not match the advertised photos, and no staff were available to help. We had to leave and pay for another hotel. I would not recommend this property due to serious safety and cleanliness concerns.”
