The breakfast was excellent, and the view was beautiful. I think it is the kind of breakfast that anyone would be satisfied with. The staff were also extremely courteous and attentive, which made my stay very pleasant. The hot spring was also wonderful. On the other hand, the furnishings felt old. The bed was hard, the walls were thin, the toilet and bathroom facilities were dated, and the towels were rough. There were no USB ports or similar charging connectors, and there were not enough power outlets, which made the room inconvenient to use. There was also a distinctive old smell. I understand that upgrading the facilities requires significant investment and may not be easy. However, I think the old smell in the rooms and hallways could be improved with some effort, such as using a pleasant fragrance. Also, simply adding two or three mobile phone charging connectors would likely improve guest satisfaction considerably.

The room I stayed in was extremely hot and air conditioning system was so outdated and a temp setting control was only available in just three modes: low, mid and high. After I had complained about room being too hot, they brought a fan, which was just circulating hot air. I could not sleep at all during the night because it was too uncomfortably hot in the room! A toilet bowl was not cleaned and filthy! I will NEVER stay at this hotel!!

観光でも出張でも

大淀川のほとりにあり、見晴らしのいいホテルです。 リバービューの部屋だったこともあり、広々とした景観を楽しめました。 部屋の広さは一般的ですが、静かで快適。 そして温泉がいいですね。入浴時間がもう少し遅い時間まであれば言うことないです。 駅からのアクセスが少し不便ですが、繁華街までは散歩がてら歩ける距離。 ホテル名のとおり、多くのビジネスホテルと比べると観光気分というか、全体的にリラックスした雰囲気を感じられるのもよかったです。 観光はもちろん、出張でもおすすめしたいホテルです。

古き良き昭和の大型観光ホテルといった感じ。清潔ではあるけれど経年劣化が目立ちます。 朝食ビュッフェは宮崎名物、パン、デザート…と種類が多くとても満足のいくものでした。おすすめです。 宮崎駅からは徒歩15分、空港への電車の本数が少ないので真夏や21時以降はタクシーを使うと良いかと思います。 空港からホテルまではタクシーで15分、2800円でした。 周辺はマンションとラブホテル、居酒屋が数軒。ホテル内に売店があり、おにぎりやおつまみも売られていました。

昔ながらの本格的なホテルであり、今回比較的安く予約出来たので利用。ホテル自体に大きな不満は無い。敢えて言えば、移動手段が車か徒歩になる点くらい。私は徒歩が苦にならないので、このホテルから10分程歩いて繁華街へ向かった。

ロビーなどは豪華な雰囲気でした。部屋は窓側を予約したので川が見えて景色はとても良かったです。ただやはり古いので老朽化は感じられます。特に洗面台の辺りが古く一昔前の感じで、掃除はされているものの、取りきれない汚れが目立ちます。エレベーターのボタンなども汚れていました。露天風呂の温泉がぬるくて、肌触りも今ひとつで、前日に泊まった別ホテルの湯質と比べると、これは好みの問題だと思いますが、私的には物足りなく今ひとつでした。 フロントの対応はとても穏やかで親切な雰囲気で良かったです。
