I'm going to have such a good memory for 5 days I liked the swimming pool and restaurant because it was clean Above all, the staff were always smiling and welcoming, and they responded kindly I enjoyed it so much

The resort is fairly large with many options for food. However reservations are recommended as some of the higher demand restaurants may not be able to accommodate. There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach.

2泊でシギラミラージュベイサイドに泊まりました。雨にも当たらず、良い宮古ライフを楽しめました。 (良かった所) ・クラブラウンジが利用でき、昼も夜も飲めました。ちょっとしたおつまみも、毎日変わっておいしかったです。 ・朝食の和食がおいしかった。少食で、家ではほとんど食べないのですが、こちらの和食はとてもおいしく、ご飯もおかわりしました。 会場の雰囲気も大人な感じでゆっくりできました。 ・ホテルのサービス 施設内の移動では、フロントに伝えるとすぐに送迎車やトゥクトゥクを手配していただき、助かりました。また、アメニティーや水が足りなかった時も電話で伝えるとすぐに持ってきていただけました。 (少し改善して欲しい所) ・洋食の朝食会場の動線 撮るところと食べるところのテーブルが近い。そして、テーブルの間が空いており、みんな狭いところを食べ物を持って通らなければならずヒヤヒヤしました。あと、コーヒーはマシンで自分で入れるようにしていただけると、わざわざテラスからスタッフの方を呼ばなくても気を遣わなくていいかなと思いました。 総合的に、とても良かったです。 また、泊まりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

初めての宮古島でシギラミラージュに２泊しましたが、スタッフの皆さんの笑顔が一番素敵で印象的でした。スイートルームだったので、ラウンジやレンタルカートがサービスで利用できたのもとても便利で、ホテルステイがより有意義なものになりました。 時期的なものかもしれませんが、アジア系の方がいなくて（日本人９割、欧米人１割）、とても静かに過ごすことができたのも良かったです。 プールもホテル3カ所、ビーチ２カ所入りましたが、どこも綺麗で人も混雑もなく快適でした。屋外プールですが、温水なので冷えすぎることなく良かったです。また、ジャグジーもあるので、体が冷えたら温めることもできました。部屋もカビ臭さなどなく、気持ち良く過ごせました。夫は、バルコニーのジャグジーに何度も入り、海を見ながらビールを飲み、オーシャンビューを堪能していました。 当日、急遽、星空観察ツアーを申し込みたくて、予約していたルナロッサ（イタリアンのお店）の時間を早めたいとフロントスタッフに相談したら、すぐに連絡を取ってくれ、無事夕食も星空も満喫することができました。 朝食は、蜃気楼の和定食かタートルベイの洋食ビュッフェから選びますが、２日ともビュッフェにしました。初日に食べ切れなかったお料理を２日目に食べましたが、シーフードカレーも帆立と海老のグリルもゴーヤバナナジュースも美味しかったです。8:00〜9:00くらいに、無料でウミガメにえさやり体験もできます。大きなウミガメ３匹がとても可愛かったです。海にプールにラウンジに、ショップに、２泊３日じゃ足りないねと家族と話していたので、今度はもっと滞在したいです。 琉球居酒屋昴で接客が素敵だった店員のお兄さん（MRYさん）に２日後にタートルベイでお会いした時に、「昴でお会いしましたね。」と声を掛け下さり、嬉しかったです、私も覚えていましたよ。この方に限らず、全体的にスタッフ皆さんとてもにこやかで親切で、今回の旅行がより良いものになりました、ありがとうございました♡
