最高のホテルステイでした。ホテル自体が新しく、センスもよく、掃除が行き届いていて清潔、部屋に入った瞬間から気分が上がりました。ホテルスタッフは空港で待ち受けてくださる方も、コンシェルジュも清掃の方もバスの運転手もどの方も常に笑顔、素晴らしく礼儀が正しく、気持ちよいサービスを受けることが出来ました。ラウンジも使えて、とてもリラックスできました。オーシャンビュー指定の部屋ではありませんでしたが、部屋から海は見えましたし、アメニティーも良かったです。

ミラージュビーチフロントに宿泊。 良かったところ 部屋は広くて清潔。オーシャンビューなので眺めも抜群。 施設も豪華で敷地も広く、一言で言うなら『ゴージャス』。 残念だったところ ミラージュビーチフロントにはラウンジしかなく、しかも20時で終わり。 ダイビングに行くためホテルを7:30には出ないといけないけど、朝食は7:00から。 スタッフの応対は丁寧だけど、エントランスにドアアテンダントがいなくて朝食会場を教えてもらえなかったり、朝食会場で待たされたり。 ターンダウンサービスは18:00まで。 敷地内にレストランはたくさんあるけど、ウェブ予約は前日までにしなければならず、当日電話で予約しようとしても、電話が繋がらないところが多数。 施設はいいけど料金の割に各種のサービスが使いづらく正直コスパはあまり良くなかった印象です。
