Absolutely amazing place to stay and the suite was so spacious. The staff are so accommodating, welcoming and definitely go out of their way to ensure everyone is comfortable.
Great pool all to yourselves
Beautiful beaches all within walking distance or 10-15 minute drive to many more
Views even from the living room to the ocean

素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。 部屋から朝夕に見える海は美しかったです。波音が聞こえないくらいの距離の宿だったので却って良かったです。 温水プール付きの部屋でした。宿泊した11月にも関わらず、温かい日が続きましたが、不安なく朝夕ともプールで子どもと遊べました。 部屋も清潔であり、フリーフローの冷蔵庫内のアルコール、ソフトドリンク類も種類も多く、直ぐにリクエストすると補充されました。 食事サービスは無い宿ですが、シギラリゾートのエリア内のため、昼食、夕食のレストランも徒歩や短時間の運転で済むなど立地も素晴らしい環境でした。 ただし朝は部屋についている調理器具で自炊しましたが、面倒な方向けに部屋に朝食がデリバリーできるようなサービスがあると良いかなとも思いました。 改善点を希望するとしたら、カーテンの遮光が弱い為、寝室は外の灯りやプールの照明が、和室は道路側の灯りが漏れるのは少し気になりました。普段は寝るスペースは遮光環境下なので、ここら辺は気にする人は気にするかもしれません。 また覚悟はしていましたが、部屋の前は直ぐに道路のため、リビング、和室は車や歩行者の話し声が思ったより聞こえました。 とは言え素晴らしい宿とスタッフの方のホスピタリティにという評価は変わらず、次回の利用の際も候補の一つとして考えたいです。

お世話になりました。 立地、接客、充実している備品、部屋の広さとても素敵でした！ホテルでまったりを目的としていたのでとても満足です。 音に敏感なほうなので、道路に面しているキッチン川から夜間交通の音（雨が降っていたので水しぶき？の音）や徒歩の人の声がダイレクトに聞こえてくるのは完全なプライベート空間ではないなと思いました。 12月なので天気は運と思っていましたが丸一日いる日がほぼ雨で温水プールにも入らずテラスでまったり出来なかった事が残念でした。ここの施設を最大限楽しめるの夏にまた来ます。 あと別の宮古島ヴィラでは浴室にも暖房があったのであれは助かりました。 フェリスさんにもあると完璧になります！

大満足

2月でしたが、プールが温水で満喫できました。また、飲み物も飲み放題でとても良かったです。 スーパーが少し遠いため、何か買って行かれる場合は、チェックインの前に買ってから行かれることをオススメします。

最高のお宿でした。 温水プールは有り、眺めの良いお風呂は有り、家電も全ての物が揃っていたと思います。 冷蔵庫の飲み物も飲み放題だし、シュノーケル他遊ぶものも無料で貸出ししていただけます。 独立性があり、お部屋も広々していて、とても心地良かったです。 スタッフの方々も気さくでとても親切にして頂きました。 海までもすぐだし、近くに食べる所も沢山あり、美味しかったです。 又、来年も是非こちらにお世話になりたいです！ ただ、夏場は、虫が凄いだろうなと思います。

広々として、快適！

施設が新しいく、清潔感のあるヴィラ！ 一泊では物足りないくらい、長居したくなるような素敵な場所でした。 飲み物も冷蔵庫の中は、飲み放題とありがたい。 かなりオススメです。

嫁のお気に入りです

非常に快適な旅でした。 スタッフさんは遠すぎず、近すぎない距離感で接してくれて、リゾート地でありがちな疲れた感が漂う対応は皆無でした。 季節柄蚊が多く、息子はあちこちボコボコになりましたので、虫よけ対策を心がけるとよろしいかと思います。

ゴキブリが出たり、エアコンの結露が天井から垂れてくる

設備は満足でしたが、ゴキブリが出たり、天井のエアコンからソファーに座ってると水が垂れてきた。この価格を出してるのだからこの点はあり得ないと思います。

自然の中のホテルらしくないホテル。

周りの自然が海も畑も景色も素晴らしい。ホテルの職員も皆フレンドリーで、2週間滞在したが、全然あきなかった。またすぐにでも行きたいと思う。
