“Unfortunately I'm not able to review the hotel Heitzmann, because on my check in day I have been informed by the hotel staff that all rooms are full and that I have been relocated to another nearby hotel Bräurup, that is owned by the same owner. “The staff was truly so warm, friendly and helpful. Our goal for our stay was to relax and fully unplug, and we did so. We enjoyed days of quiet relaxation with spectacular views of the mountains and valley that started with a wonderful breakfast. The evening meals in the restaurant were delicious. “Ni siquiera llegamos ha dormir,había una barrera con código al principio de la carretera y por mucho que les llamé y mandé correo nada,después me dicen que estaba a 4 kilómetros y no se podía acceder en coche,y eso que tenía parking privado,nos fuimos ha dormir a otro lado a última hora ya que estuvimos más de una hora intentando solucionarl lo de la barrera,encima me han llegado ha cobrar 4 veces una noche en la que ni dormimos,me devolvieron dos veces lo de una noche,las otras dos nadie se...

“Leider konnten die Kellner hauptsächlich nur Englisch sprechen. Auf Allergien wurde eher weniger acht gegeben trotz Rückfrage, ob das Allergen in der entsprechenden Speise enthalten ist. Grundsätzlich war man eher verwundert über einen so „langen“ Aufenthalt von einer Woche. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lies keine weiteren Wünsche offen, auch die Nähe zur Bergbahn war angenehm.”
