Place could use a little TLC (dated, paint, couple sheet rock cracks) but it was clean, breakfast was o.k., staff was nice, and it was very reasonably priced. I would stay again.

Stayed here for three nights and had a really lovely stay. Clean and quiet room and comfortable bed at a great price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurants within walking distance, including The Cattlemen’s Grill, with some of the best food I’ve had in long time. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

The room was clean & very comfortable. Decent hot breakfast. Area is a little crowded but it works just fine. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Much better than a different hotel we stayed at in last year.

Nice, clean hotel in good location. Super helpful staff. Breakfast is not the greatest and the breakfast room lacks seating but it’s not a reason to pass on this property.

We came into town for one night to attend a concert at the Corn Palace and were looking for someplace to stay that was clean and on the less costly side. The Thunderbird Lodge hit both marks! The room was clean and well maintained and the staff was lovely. I would highly recommend a stay at this motel!

Although an older property, our room was updated perfectly. Great beds, really comfortable. Very large tv in room. Would definitely stay at the Thunderbird again. Breakfast room was quite small and would get crowded quickly. Would suggest the hotel find a more appropriate location for breakfast service but that’s my only suggestion for improvement. We would recommend the Thunderbird.

Highly recommend the family room. We have 4 kids and pretty much got 2 rooms for the price of 1. Breakfast wasn't great but honestly I didnt care, Walmart wasn't far away and the room had a microwave. Right off the interstate, good location, friendly staff, peaceful and safe. :) We will definitely be back!!
