This is an excellent motel for the price. Friendly staff, updated rooms, & convenient location. We chose it because of its proximity to the river trail through town. It was a great spot to get in a nice morning run before another day of driving. We all slept well and agreed we’d stay again in the future!

This is a great little hotel. Inexpensive. Staff was great. Room was clean. This is a basic room for sleeping. No frills, fridge, or microwave, but we didn't need that. Bed was very comfy.

We got a family suite which had a separate bedroom with a king bed and two queens in the other room. Very comfy beds! The kids and I had more than enough space and although it is on a busy street, it was nice and quiet. Parking is tight but safe. Lots of food nearby. The owner was so friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. We were very busy all weekend and it was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable room. Thanks for everything!

Room smelled of smoke. Had to change rooms because smell so bad and the next room was just as bad. Woke up with headache from smoke smell and hair smelled. Bare room. Homeless people are put up there by city government so expect drama and lists of homeless hanging around and smoking. Looks good on hotel.com but very deceiving. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful.

Nicely updated rooms. The location couldn’t be better in Missoula. I think the owners name is Roy, he is as very friendly. There was a really cold night before my check-out. My locks froze in my truck so when I was getting ready to check-out I realized I couldn’t get in my truck. I had to go get some lock de-over which made me run late checking out. He was super understanding it was much appreciated. I’ll stay here again.

The heat in the room did not respond to turning up the thermostat resulting in a frigid nights sleep at 58 degrees in the room. The bed blanket was thin resulting in one of the guests sleeping in their coat. The black grout in the bathroom might have been unsealed as it stained the guests socks with black marks. Great location and appeared to be clean. Could have utilized a mirror in the main room. One guest had to put make up on in the car since the other guest was in the bathroom shower where the only mirror was. But the car mirror was a warm benefit.

It's a completely adequate motel; that is, it was a clean place to spend the night and take a shower. It was not meant to be some kind of luxury escape. The staff was friendly enough and helpful enough. No complaints. I WOULD stay here again.

Quaint, older, nicely refurbished motel. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. All kinds of fast-food joints nearby. No fridge or coffeemaker though. Still, a nice stay and good rate. Parking is rather tight. Small area more for compact and mid-size cars. Friendly staff.
