The building is tidy in common areas and in the room, for the most part. There were crumbs and leftover food particles under and near the microwave so that turned me off. The beds are rock hard with no pillow top or cushion of any kind. I was staying nearby after a surgery since I live in San Diego and I had to ask for 4 extra pillows to create some form of comfort for myself. Other than that the stay was fine, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Easy location to get to, parking is easily accessible.
