Very beautiful home with amazing owners

Pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. It had all the amenities needed away from home.

When we booked we thought we booked a stay in the condos but we were booked in a Villa. This Villa was very old and had outdated TV and appliances, it was more like an old motel . We contacted the manager and explained someone had said they were upgrading us so we thought that meant the condos . We talked to management and got a room in the condos. It was a 2 br so we had to pay more. Once we were moved the room was acceptable. We will not stay here again. We had to pay extra for moving rooms when I felt like they could have been more accommodating. We have stayed here before so I believe that was management's decision to place us in a sub standard room it was Ada and we did not ask for that. I was disappointed in the property itself it seems to be in need of a remodel. The Villas are not at all what we expected.

The front desk clerk was very slow and could not see well. The room was clean but the mold had the whole room smelly. I woke up with crusty eyes and a runny nose. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and so did the sleeping area.

This inexpensive option had a great bed. There's the usual breakfast spread was highlighted by the waffle maker. Unfortunately, our room showed signs of wear and tear and needing a paint job or, at least, washing door jams and walls. The hard surface floor needed a deeper cleaning. This was all topped off by discovering dying roaches appearing over a couple days, indicating they're treating the space, but don't have the issue solved. Then, there's a roach walking across the counter on the day of our departure. Ugh. We wish them well in getting the upper hand on pests.
