Horrible night!

Don't stay at this hotel! We chose this place because we wanted a little more comfort, even though there's a cheaper option right next door. We were given a room without a working shower because the water wouldn't drain. We couldn't contact the front desk because no one was there, and the phone numbers provided didn't answer. We had to use all the towels to save the room from flooding. My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!).

HĂŽtel trĂšs sympa, bon accueil. J’ai eu la chambre PMR (accessible en fauteuil roulants)au RDC. Chambre spacieuse mais une odeur d’égouts dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la salle de bains qui envahit Ă©galement la chambre et dont je n’ai pas pu me dĂ©barrasser mĂȘme en aĂ©rant. Je pense que le problĂšme Ă©tait connu car il y avait un flacon de parfum d’intĂ©rieur dans la chambre. J’espĂšre que tous les vĂȘtements ne sentaient pas le lendemain ! Sinon, accĂšs Ă  la brasserie facile pour dĂźner avec un trĂšs bon repas.

Fuyez ! Pas de repos possible !

L’enfer ! L’impression de dormir accolĂ© Ă  une discothĂšque ! Des basses incessantes jusqu’à minuit sans mesure prise de la part du personnel pour faire cesser le bruits aprĂšs l’avoir signalĂ© en appelant la rĂ©ception. Pour parfaire cette expĂ©rience, un rĂ©veil Ă  6h23 par l’équipe de chantier pour les travaux a l’extĂ©rieur de l’hĂŽtel, un tractopelle sous ma fenĂȘtre et des dĂ©coupes d’objets mĂ©talliques. J’y suis dĂ©jĂ  allĂ©e plusieurs fois avec des nuisances sonores plus ou moins dĂ©rangeantes mais lĂ  c’était la derniĂšre ! Un conseil si vous prenez un hĂŽtel pour « dormir » : FUYEZ ! Je suis toutes les semaines dans les hĂŽtels pour le travail et c’est ma pire expĂ©rience ! Merci tout de mĂȘme Ă  la demoiselle de la rĂ©ception au matin, pour sa gentillesse et bienveillance.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. LĂš lavabo de la salle de bains Ă©tait bloquĂ©. D’une part, je ne crois pas que ces deux problĂšmes sont survenus le jour de mon arrivĂ©e. Cela veut dire que quelqu’un identifiĂ© Ă  un moment donnĂ© le problĂšme et ne le traite pas. D’autre part, quand j’en parle Ă  la rĂ©ceptionniste, il n’y a mĂȘme pas un mot d’empathie ou d’excuse. C’est indĂ©cent.

Nous séjournons souvent dans cet hÎtel lors de nos passages à Besancon . Bel hÎtel bien insonorisé et trÚs bon petit déjeuner. Seule petite remarque le tarif pour notre petit bichon un peu trop élevé !

Chambre trÚs bien mais communicante alors que nous restions trois nuits. Demande de changement refusé car l'hÎtel était complet. Forte heureusement nos voisins de chambres n'ont pas été bruyants. Sinon personnel sympathique. Environnement peu attrayant

Die Zimmer sind top mit gutem Bett. Es ist alles sehr gut gereinigt. Am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich in guten Englisch begrĂŒĂŸt und alles erklĂ€rt. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und sogar abschließbar. Das kleines Manko war, dass es aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche gerochen hat. Allerdings nach dem durchspĂŒlen war das Geruch weg. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war fĂŒr 13,50 Euro ausreichend mit sehr freundlichen Kellner, der versuchte mit uns Deutsch zu sprechen. Ich wĂŒrde das Hotel 🏹 wieder buchen.
