Room was small and dark, described as a one bedroom but it was a studio. Common areas were nicely decorated. Restaurant was good and breakfast was included and had lots of options. Hotel did not advise they did not accept credit and then staff became annoyed when we took too long to find a bank machine. Probably better suited for single people and couples rather than families.

Dont be fooled by the pictures...

Our stay at Jungle Soul Hotel was not good. I would not recommend that others stay there. I booked a double room for two, and the pictures were misleading. The room was damp and dirty. I tried not to touch anything. The shower didn't stay upright to shower underneath. The roof on one side of the bathroom was only a plastic sheeting, so it was loud at night. We also had geckos and frogs in the room. On the second night, the bathroom started to smell of sewage. It was so bad that we could not stay in the room. They had to move everyone from the ground floor to the rooms on the first floor. Thankfully, the first-floor rooms were free; otherwise, we would have had to go to another hotel. The first-floor room was nicer, with a tiny balcony (not enough room to sit and enjoy) and a decent shower, but it was right beneath the restaurant, so again, it was very noisy at night and early in the morning. The restaurant had a nice vibe, was decorated well, and was generally much more pleasant than being in the rooms! It feels like you're in the jungle with all the lovely greenery around. The breakfast was tasty, but there were limited options for those staying there. The restaurant was a 3-star, the rooms on the first floor were 2-star, and the rooms on the ground floor were 1-star. It was pretty cheap, but I could get much nicer elsewhere for the same price! Overall, could eat here but not sleep.

Très déçu de l’établissement ! Plusieurs choses : Les photos ne sont pas ressemblantes à la réalité : chambre sale, draps qui sentent le renfermé, et surtout les photos sont retouchées évidement car en entrant dans la chambre nous avons été bien surpris La chambre se situe dans le couloir de l’hôtel avec une simple porte en verre qui sépare de tout le reste , qui elle est fissurée. Une paire de rideau vous sépare de la vision de tous Le plus important : pas d’eau chaude durant notre séjour, ce qui rend difficile un élément primordial : se laver Que dire de la lumière principale de la chambre qui s’allume et s’éteint tout le temps Petit point positif, le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel serviable Des hôtels bien mieux et moins chers sont juste a côté !

Nice basic hotel. Brand new rooms, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location just of the main road, close to the beach but definitely in the jungle. Lots of monkeys to see right outside your window. We stayed with a family of 4 in a quadruple room, Queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Nice clean and new bathroom. Spacious room with balcony, good working a/c. Breakfast was wonderful.
