Wonderful view of the gulf! The balcony was our favorite place (when we weren't on the beautiful beach). Two beds/baths and plenty of space.

Had a great stay with our family of 4. Our kids (7 and 14) loved the pool and how easy it was to get to and from the beach. Condo was clean and had pretty much everything we needed!

Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch.

No major complaints. Used to come to this place as a kid so figured I'd revisit it now--it's still just as nice of a spot as it was then! The amenities are a little outdated but it's hard to beat the view and proximity to the ocean. Love this place

Loved this location and beach. Just needs to be updated with new carpet and furniture, shower curtain liners need replacing. I would think for what I paid for 3 nights it could be easily done. Hope to visit the Beach House again.

Good location

The location and view is amazing. Its right on the beach and in general felt safe too. But the furniture looks old and dirty. It meeds deep cleaning. Also the supplies were very limited. No nice to have items included which are usually there in these rentals.

Great location and beautiful view. Shopping, groceries and dinning all near by. Private beach was amazing! Condo had the bare necessities. We had to purchase everything from paper towels to salt and pepper. Also the listing says it doesn’t have a washer dryer but it does so that was nice. Each bathroom had two tiny rolls of toilet paper and it is expected to purchase your own if you need more. For the price we paid I at least expect to not purchase toilet paper. The view makes it worth it though and would probably return again.

Would stay again!

Great place to stay. Right on the beach and leaving a window slightly open is great for white noise of the ocean! Full kitchen, two bathrooms (one in the master). Great for a family of four for the unit we had. Nice table to eat at and a good view from the balcony.

Location is great. Carpet is questionable.

We enjoyed our stay. The location next to the beach is absolutely perfect and overall it’s not a bad condo. I would probably book there again due to the location. However, the cleanliness of the carpet on the bedroom floors was concerning enough that we made sure to wear socks while there, especially before putting our feet on the bed. I’ll also note that there is something in the dryer that would catch some of our clothes and some got stretched and twisted, so I’d keep nicer clothes out of the dryer.

I rented two condos, one of them was in poor condition, old furniture, very noisy beds and sofa beds. There was no hairdryer. The other unit was in much better shape, so it is HIT and MISS situation.

Vacasa is a joke to work with. They tell you that Check-in isn’t until 4 pm but the code they give you to get in the door isn’t ready at 4 pm. Usually several minutes later. Happens with them many times over.

Das Appartment 604 ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt, die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gepflegt, man sieht das die Wohnung nur als Einnahmequelle benutzt wird und nichts investiert wird. Eine Renovierung könnte nicht schaden. Die Anlage selber ist zu empfehlen, alles ordentlich mit Vacasa war ich zufrieden.

Great Condo for the Price

We stayed at the Beach House from May 10-15, 2019 and enjoyed our stay . Check-in was made easy with the app and code provided so we did not have to obtain a key. One bedroom with fold out couch. Condo is located right on the beach which came with two reserved beach chairs and umbrella. Beach was not crowded since it was private for Beach House only. Condo was well furnished and clean. WIFI worked great and even streamed shows. Condo is located around a lot of restaurants and stores with a Winn Dixie down the street for groceries. Wish the bed was a king and not a queen. We will come back again.

This property was exactly what I was looking for! The view from my balcony was spectacular, the condo itself was lovely and the beach was amazing! I loved the complimentary beach service (Umbrella and chairs) and sitting on the balcony for my morning coffee. An amazing place for the price, I will definitely be back!
