Vacations Close To Mirador del Tajo

Loved it was in the heart of the old part of the city.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful but the rooms are too small.

Only difficulty was parking situation and the elevators were slow.

NOT THE NICEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. NO air conditioning with a room at 80F; with the windows open. That is not what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Staff said that other guests said they were cold. Well all they had to do was turn off their thermostats. Why shutdown the A/C for everyone else. We’re on the top floor with the sun on the windows all day heating up the room. We had to sleep with the windows open and listen to garbage trucks at midnight and street cleaning machines even later. More of a hostal than a 4star hotel experience. Staff was NOT helpful at all. Nothing they could do and that all the fans that they had been lent out already. So, if there are so many clients that need A/C why not turn it on. It’s one of the hotel’s amenities without any word anywhere there it is a seasonal amenity. Nor is it expected.

El hotel fue cómodo y tranquilo y se puede llegar facil caminando al centro de la ciudad ( Gran via) Expedia ne había ofrecido algunos extras como up grade de habitación y tarjeta de regalo y ninguno de estos fue concedido.
