The hotel locks the parking lot at dark. They do not tell you this beforehand, and if you have not gotten your automated room code before they close the gate (I.e. checking in after a long 11 hour drive at 9pm) you cannot get into the parking area. You have to walk through the gate and proceed to the automated checkin, get the code, then walk back to the gate to let the car in. Not fun in the rain. Also, the room had Japanese Beetles in it. There were only two towels and the bathroom was not nice. The breakfast was decent. No extra pillows.

Des mon arrivée, problème sur la borne d'accès.... Bloqué a l'extérieur pendant 45min, ( a 23h, ça comme ce à faire long) Et oui quand on fait des économies sur le personnel, ( pas de réception passé 21h) il faut faire en sorte que l'électronique marche .... Le personnel rencontré a été très compréhensif et agréable. Mention spéciale au responsable pour essayer de solutionner mon problème! Merci à vous ! A l'heure actuelle 300€ sont "bloqué" depuis mardi entre le service comptabilité de B&B et ma banque... Sans intervention de leur part ses 300€ seront bloqué jusqu'au 20 juin min voir, 20 juillet ...... Encore une fois le personnel de l'hôtel n'est en aucun cas fautif, c'est la direction de la chaîne qui est en faute.... L'hôtel est bien, mais faut y arriver avant la fermeture de la réception ....

Hôtel bien situé, avant Bordeaux près de l’autoroute, mais les fenêtres sont bien isolées. Ayant coupé la Clim pour la nuit j’ai eu un peu chaud car la couverture est épaisse, par contre mon épouse a bien dormi, matelas confortable et bon petit déjeuner, personnel accueillant et sympa.
