“Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Better fan needed in rooms or AC would be great. If weather became bad. Only terrestrial tv channels. Boring. Sky would be a bonus.”

“Hotel totalmente renovado, situado en un lugar precioso, desayuno abundante y con vistas. Parking propio gratis.”

“Bed was super comfortable however was given. King-size room; however it backed onto the kitchen and pub next door where noise was an issue last time I stayed there The upgrade was an extra 100 pounds which was appreciated but the room carpet was dirty. Air conditioning was amazing must say and sheets were super clean though the bedspread had a stain. The issue with the hotel is that attention to detail is not There, working in the travel industry it has huge potential but lacks basic stuff like...

“Perfect stop over in a road trip in Wales”

“The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum. “The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!”

“A lovely place to stay , all the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived . Location wise really good close to the local pubs and restaurants. Located not far from Leigh train station so handy if you want to go on the train , we had parking at the hotel . Would recommend staying”
