I did not like that the hallway’s carpets were filthy and smelled bad. The property outside was dirty, not maintained. The room was pretty clean but the chair and cabinet for the kitchen were old and not cared for. On cover under the sink was missing. The oatmeal was stale. The sugar was hard stuck on the package. No human being deserves that. The gentleman that checked me in was cordial, sweet and good mannered. The lady this morning was kind and sweet as well.

The building itself isn’t secure. Anyone can enter the building and move throughout the hotel with no room key card. The room itself was good the bed was comfy and it was plenty of space . You can tell that the room was straighten up but not cleaned. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wiped everything I would touch down and the surfaces were all dirty .

The room and lobby were clean in appearance. Staff was friendly greeting you and they tried to take care of situations that were arising at the hotel. They have people drinking out in the parking lot with the staff when alerted taking care of it. The breakfast they had available for you was just wrapped muffins and granola bars. I wasn’t really impressed with that. I thought there would be a little bit more and there was no coffee available. The TV was not working in a room. There was a hook up missing and we tried to get it working, but it was late at night. The location was good and for a family that was looking to cook meals in in the room along with have their pets there it was a good deal. The mattress was OK, but I woke up in the morning with a backache from it.

The management of the property was very accommodating. Manager Katy or Katie went above and beyond satisfying reasonable requests. Not only for myself but I have witnessed this for other guests. The level of patients, professionalism, and communication was impressive. I did not have any complaints during my stay. I was able to enjoy myself in a peaceful setting. I would and will definitely choose this location in the future. Extended stay, thank you for the room and the staff to match the positive environment.

The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Being located next to the interstate traffic noise was an issue at night making it difficult to sleep. The room was as expected for an extended stay facility--fridge,microwave, and cooktop. Shower was good size and had ample hot water. Breakfast was a big letdown. Coffee was the only drink offered--no hot water for oatmeal. Otherwise there was mini muffins { 2 } and hard granola bars available--nothing else. No fruit--donuts--not even dry cereal. Staff was friendly and helpful

Get and give location

Surprisingly not that bad. Staff are helpful, informative and fast to help and do their jobs. Pool is closed down I choose the location here for the pool and pet options! Outside pet owners don’t dispose of their animals waste well, which is a spring time bummer. Room has some minor issues. White socks had to be thrown seat & and time you left the bed, we wore shoes. Would be decent if given a makeover. We got great service but got a room with the pictures attached.
