I love the customer service that Erica, Simon &, Diego provided. Very welcoming, outgoing and answered all my questions. Room was immaculate so clean, bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Water pressure was great as well. The nice lady from the morning during breakfast time was very sweet can't remember her name though shout out to her for having great customer service as well. I will definitely be back.

Overall great hotel near the mall. Breakfast hours are very short, but they tell you ahead of time so is what it is. Had a dog nearby we heard a few times at night but nothing world ending. If a little cheaper would be a 5 star but priced due to its location.
