I would hands down stay here again. The staff was phenomenal. The room was huge and clean and the breakfast was amazing! We stayed here because of the reviews and location. We were able to walk to our concert! I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in in Minneapolis. Clean. Helpful staff. Delicious food at the restaurant onsite. I parked at the Capella Tower. Make sure to have the hotel staff validate the parking ticket. This will reduce the cost to $20 per day. Because of it's location in the financial district, the streets will be busy until dinner time. Be aware of frequent ambulance sirens given the proximity to major hospitals. Walking distance to major attractions. On-site gym was nice.

The hotel was very quiet, which was great. The bar was ridiculously quiet, which was strange. No ambiance at all. I think the bar doubles as the restaurant, I never saw a restaurant. No one ever there. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. I ordered room service one night and it was the bartender that delivered it. I think he's kind of a one man show. It was fine but if you're looking for a lively , happy hour or music or anything going on at your hotel, look elsewhere. The food was ok. Maybe the bartender cooked too? Lol. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location.

Location of this place is top notch especially if you plan to go to any sporting events down town. It's close enough you can walk to everything but still off from the main strip so that it's not super noisy. The gym was being renovated and it will legit be the best gym in Minneapolis.

The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway.

It was okay. The room was small and the view was an office building next to us. We were able to check in early and the manager brought our luggage up to our room while we parked which was nice but it as $40 to park where we were recommended to go and we stayed one night. I would have rather stayed at the Hampton Inn. 😊

Clean room. Very helpful staff. They brought us extra blankets to tge room. The morning of check out, staff walked us through the skyway to the elevator to take us to the parking garage where our truck was parked. So helpful because we got so turned around in that skyway on our way in and when we walked to US Bank Stadium for a concert. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Minneapolis for a concert or game.

The staff at the Hyatt Centric Downtown are the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I was having trouble with my car key fob and the staff up front did everything to help problem solve. From offering to troubleshoot in person with me, locating local dealer and also trying to help me get the fob open to change battery which we never did get into. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me out. The property was beautiful and a great location for the event we walked to at US Bank Stadium. I will stay here again!
