The greeting was warm and all staff were polite. Parked out front to bring the bags in and left the cars until we got settled. Came back, parked the car underneath the block and brought the elevator back up. There was no valet, but the self park is super easy. The corner room was spacious and well appointed. It's a great hotel in the centre part of the city.

Perfect location for a visit to Downtown Minneapolis, especially if you're in town an event at any of the arenas or stadiums. You are walking distance to everything! We had a wonderful 3 night stay . The staff, especially Elizabeth at the front, was exceptionally wonderful. The parking was convenient across the street . The hotel has a great location in the city . Easily accessible to everything . Please note none of the rooms have microwaves . Highly recommend this hotel.
