The room was clean. One of the lights by bed was already broken. The photos of the pool look super nice and big, but it is actually very very small, as more people came in we had to get out for being too crowded. It was very hot as well. And fan inside room did not blow air very well. Staff was very friendly, amenities were great! Easy check in. Great location.

Breakfast was good. Room was ok but had leaky toilet. Loud, do not stay under anyone or u wont get sleep. Pool had a film on it and was cloudy, dirty, gross. They let the other hotels guests use it from next store all weekend coming in and out. Asked for room service certain days only room was cleaned once in 5 days. Not my favorite stay for what i paid.

Stayed here over the holiday weekend and overall had a good experience. The hotel was clean, check-in and check-out were both fast and simple, and the water was consistently hot for showers every morning which was appreciated. The only issue during our stay was that our room was turned over late on the second day, but it was only that one time. There were also a lot of kids at the hotel, but that was expected due to the holiday weekend. The pool area on the first level had a pretty strong chlorine smell at first, although we seemed to get used to it as the stay went on. But honestly not a bad thing if you really think about it. Breakfast was hot and decent each morning. My only suggestion would be to offer more non-pork breakfast options. Overall, still a pleasant stay and I would consider staying again.

SpringHills Suites Hotel is great for families, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The only things I didn’t like were the limited breakfast variety and the pool — the hot tub pool and the pool water was too cold in the winter, so we couldn’t really enjoy it.
