Good value and service. Appreciate the stocked basic necessities by the front desk (towels, toilet paper, etc), very convenient. Only comment would be that I wish there was a person at the front desk a bit more often (there wasn't anyone there at 9am on a Sunday). Totally not the end of the world, since their chat is quite responsive. I hope the acquisition by Mariot Bonvoy doesn't affect the small, honor-system feeling of Sonder. It really feels cozy and communal.

The hotel wasn’t bad, but booking through Expedia was an absolute nightmare. It took 7 hours of constant calls, emails, chats before we were allowed to enter our room

The neighborhood around the hotel really looks rough and not much going on. I didn’t want to go outside alone. It did rain all day while we were there and the patio door had a leak which dripped the entire night.

The property had no staff working a front desk, so there was no one to complain to about my room not being clean daily. Other than that the property was fine and the apartment was very big, it did come with a single tv in the living room area, without any tv in the bedroom area

Customer Service Horrible Parking not include was told to not go off the website or Marriott only go off of Sonders verbal rules, needed to pay daily (even though we booked our stay with them) Someone obviously a worker went into our room while we were away left the lights we turned off on! Soap provided were all used and half way filled left in the shower for us. Room got cancelled last minute due to Expedia and Sonders refusing to agree on their payment terms then put us right in middle ending solution room was "reinstated" but we got downgraded to a smaller room that we did NOT select OR originally paid for. Will NEVER book through Expedia or with Sonders again! Also this review post had the option to upload photos but does not let me upload.

We loved it! The furnishings are so elegant and simple, yet comfortable. The cupboards were stocked with dishes and silverware, parking was close, and it was SO quiet. We will definitely book again when we return to the Twin Cities?

Everything was well taken care of. What i didn't like was the check in. You had to download their app to check in and out. We got helped but only after we couldn't get the password for the room and they saw we were trying on the app.

Very friendly staff at front desk and very clean in detail we could not get to parking ramp and the front desk people responded quickly and helped us resolve it. Maybe a key card would help and a little air freshener for hall but the room was excellent it was one of my best stays for me and my wife. Cause we were on a rough visit for my mother that was set to pass and we were thinking how difficult is to come in so late and the hassle but we will never forget the kindness and cleanness our stay was. One we will always remember Ty❤️

Probably the best place to stay if anyone is visiting Minneapolis Minnesota. Clean & easy to check in & out. No parking on premises. Would be nice to park there than across the street.
