Rooms are clean and neat. The overall atmosphere was really welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the wings were spot on. Staff were great, kind, very helpful with any questions we had. Wish the pool was open a bit later. Will for sure stay there again if we go back to the Twin Cities!!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel from beginning to end. Everything exceeded my expectations. The property was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The staff members were outstanding; friendly, courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-prepared, and all the hotel amenities were in excellent condition. I also appreciated the hotel's overall atmosphere, which made the entire stay relaxing and enjoyable. What stood out most was the consistency of the service. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about providing guests with a positive experience. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and a truly enjoyable experience.

Lovely hotel, but service communication fell shortThis hotel is beautifully kept and offers fantastic amenities that justify the upscale pricing. However, we ran into an issue with a broken refrigerator. We informed the desk, but the promised maintenance visit never happened. It was a disappointing service lapse during an otherwise wonderful stay. I still consider this a 5 🌟 stay for the price and hospitality

My stay was pleasant and the staff were very helpful especially regarding the parking in the garage. The room was only cleaned once during our three night stay but was cleaned very well. A good place to stay overall.
