It was a great place to stay while attending a meeting at the convention center. The room is spacious and comfortable. Prior to arrival, communication was challenging with the property, but once I was on site, it was great. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

This place is a super-find gem! The suites are in an old refurbished building, at one time a school. The completely renovated rooms feature original concrete floors, loft feel with full modern kitchen, oodles of space and washer/dryer to boot! Incredible spaces for the money. Breakfast is included.

This place was FANTASTIC! It was a happy accident after I waited too long to book a room for a conference. Every detail was meticulously thought out, from the always available snacks, drinks and coffee, to the in room washer/dryer (and tide pods & dryer sheets!). There was also a brita water filter in the fridge and slippers available so you didn’t have to have bare feet on a concrete floor. My room was the envy of everyone at the conference. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I was impressed by this but building. My suite felt like a luxury apartment loft, and the location was perfect for using public transportation. The breakfast was a little tricky for being gluten-free, but I just went back to my room to make oatmeal. My favorite things about the property were the coffee machine available at all hours, the rooftop terrace where I watched the sunrise and sunset, the yoga and fitness rooms, the kind and accommodating staff, and the in-room kitchen and laundry unit. It was a wonderful stay, and I would happily book this place again.

Very clean property! Nice location. Staff are very nice. Love the amenities! Difficult at times to get out of the garage onto the main road due to traffic. Also would’ve liked a tv in the bedroom, but the living area was very nice.

Our room was so beautiful! It was so big and spacious- we wished we had booked another night. I left an expensive item. Called the property and spoke with Claire who was so helpful and kind. She made it so easy to have my things returned. It was the best customer service I have ever had! You are lucky to have her working with your company.

Our booking was very last minute because of flight issues. This hotel was the best price for a 20 minute walk to Target Field to watch a baseball game. My wife and I were thrilled with the room. It was actually a very new & modern apartment style. A stellar perk for us was that it also had a washing machine and dryer in it because our luggage didn’t arrive with us so it was fantastic to clean all our clothing and continue our trip home with fresh clothes:)

I was told that management decided I wasn’t a “good fit” when I went to extend my stay a few more nights. I asked why and they couldn’t tell me if I broke any rules or what the problem was. I was there with a friend and my quiet, well-behaved dog, and we were having a great stay—no issues whatsoever. We got along really well with the front desk staff and we were respectful, good guests. Didn’t play music or make noise, and left the apartment almost exactly as we found it. The only issue we had was a shower leak that led to having to switch rooms. They apologized and said they wanted to compensate us somehow, but never did. It was my first time at Raomi, but I’ve stayed with CozySuites at least 10-15 times and I’ll be extremely disappointed if this creates and problems booking with them in the future because it’s my go-to when I’m in the city for work. I’ve never had an experience staying like this anywhere. At best, “‘not a good fit” meant that we were two younger guys rather than a family unit. There are definitely worse meanings that could have had though.

The room started off nice for the first night... After that is when all hell broke loose... We were awaken at 3am to move out of unit into another due to feces and urine coming from the unit above us... We moved at 3:00 only to br moved to a unit without the air working .. We inform them that also... As per their statement we can only give you a refund of 30% of your total... I knew they could not be serious when we really was comfortable one night.. out of 4.... unacceptable. Do not recommend

The experience here was amazing. Great deal on parking, brand new facility. It was great to have the refreshment station in the lobby with unlimited water bottles so does coffee and sparkling water. The amenity level on level five with indoor Pickleball courts in a rooftop patio was super nice. The room was massive, clean and basically an apartment. I have no clue how they were able to rent it for the rate they did because it is by far better than staying in a hotel, they have full-time front desk staff as well to help with anything you need in the place is incredibly secure. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to the area.
