It’s a great hotel with wonderful staff, but there is very little within walking distance. Had hoped to do some shopping but after driving to find someplace to shop, everything was closed. If you are a hotel snob who lives on room service and the exercise room, it’s just great. For me, however, give me a place with vending machines and a simple microwave located near a bustling shopping mall, not an artwork in the middle of nothing and nowhere. Come on, Minneapolis, you can do better (the city, not the hotel).

The location of this hotel is fantastic and the charm of the building is unmatched. The relaxed and stylish environment is top tier with the spacious rooms being a highlight. Stoping in for a drink at the bar or bite from the restaurant is a must. Definitely going back!
