I was in town for a large event at the US Bank Stadium. Staff was very friendly, room was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. If you’re coming to Minneapolis for an event at US Bank Stadium, definitely stay here. The stadium is an extremely short walk. I will absolutely stay here again when coming home to town.

A great big thank you to Nile and to all the staff for being exceptionally helpful during my stay at the Red. The vegetarian omelet and coffee hit the spot as I had long days at a conference that was held nearby. Thanks to all the staff members who helped me get organized with my hotel bill and incurred expenses. As a result, I was able to present my incurred expenses in an orderly fashion and was reimbursed immediately. Merci beaucoup!

The check in was sad as the front desk staff was not courteous, no welcoming gesture Room was not cleaned on 2nd day. On asking, said come and get fresh towels. No regret, no sorry. No water placed in the room. We were impressed by the restaurant person JAY. He was super friendly and best customer service oriented person. He is the only one reason to come back again sometime. He presented us the breakfast to us in a very professional way and with utmost customer care. He is the asset for this place.

We only stayed one night. When we got there their parking lot was full. The person at the desk sent us to another parking garage that they worked with for a discounted rate and in and out privileges. So that worked fine and was only a block or so away. The room wasn’t very big and pretty basic. It was fine. Bed seemed clean and bathroom was clean. The chairs at the table looked like they needed cleaning. Overall it was good for a one night’s stay. An included breakfast would have been nice, doesn’t have to be fancy just something to start the day. It was a good location for a concert at the Armory.

The hotel and staff were great. It does say pet friendly but doesn’t offer a good pet area. It’s a mulched area out back and some dogs (like mine) don’t like using the bathroom in non grass areas. Other than that issue was pretty nice :)
