Pool and hot tub need a good cleaning. No pool towels available and front desk clerk was annoyed when I asked for them. Parking for a truck and trailer is not an option, cramped lot. Lady at check-in was super helpful.

Room 108 was dark, dingy and damp. Nothing would dry. On our last night my wife found the reason why: an access panel for the bathroom plumbing was open. The cover would not latch so the panel was just propped against the hole leaving it part way open. Room 108 being on the ground floor slab, this meant the hole opened directly into the ground underneath. Whether the other rooms are like this or not I cannot say. The second floor is probably OK because it does not sit directly on the ground like 108 does. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Not good, not bad, but edible. The sheer curtains on our window were torn but the blackout curtains were fine. The room was otherwise clean, the plumbing all worked and the bed was comfortable. Except for the open access hole I would probably have given it a 4 star rating.

The bedroom and bath were both spacious, with two queen beds and a large counter in the bath. We spent 5 nights and had no problems sleeping or going around the area to several activities. The breakfast was OK, but I would have preferred bagels instead of the waffle maker.

Pleasant basic hotel with friendly staff

My son and I stayed at this hotel to go to a nearby medical procedure. The building is older but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally courteous. On our checkout day they let us have a later checkout that would work better with our scheduled procedure.

The woman who checked us in was great. The room was clean and neat. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. There wasn’t any fruit, no peanut butter for toast, only white bread, no bagels and only a few muffins.

Room was okay, comfy bed but property is in shambles from parking lot pavement falling apart to dirty windows with dead bugs, broken blinds, pool looked horrible, dirty. Breakfast was rubbery eggs and undercooked bacon. Waffles were good. Room was clean but things are wearing down even toilet seat.

Was an ok stay. Room was good. Hot tub and pool were ok as well with hot tub not very warm. No salt or pepper for breakfast in morning. Sausage links weren't cooked very well and they unplugged the heating unit for the hot breakfast items over a half hour before time was over. Other that that all was good.

I was concerned when I drove up - the grounds were weedy and unkempt, and there were construction workers barbecuing on the edge of the parking lot. But inside all was clean, quiet and comfortable, and staff was attentive. They said the workers outside were long-term guests and were allowed to gather outside on a Friday afternoon as long as they were quiet and didn't bother guests, and that was absolutely the case. Good value for the money.

We enjoyed most of the property. The beds were simply amazing and room temperature was great. The bathroom is a good size. Amenities were okay. But the room smelled of a heavy musty odor that we traced to the air conditioner which had wet dirty plugs of dust in it and those were also on the ceiling. We had to go purchase a diffuser to mask that odor. Please clean your heat and air units and disinfect them.

My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). She said it was a family based hotel and that what we were doing was inappropriate. A shoulder rub? With only one other family even in the room? The hot tub was look warm at best and I had seen children blow more bubbles in a bathtub than what this hot tub kicked out. The vents were rusty, the welcome sign in the grass was knocked over, the exit signs were falling down, there were broken appliances a furniture at the end of the halls. While we were out of our room someone decided to use our toilet. Our refrigerator barely kept our drinks cool. We were so frustrated we almost checked out the very night we checked in but a 2 hour drive home in the dark also didn’t sound appealing. If this is 4 star hotel for that area I would hate to see what a lesser starred hotel looks like. Very very disappointing.

The parking lot is not very large. We are there for a car show and in a truck so parking can be tight especially if someone has a trailer in the lot also. The front desk people are very friendly. Breakfast is included and was ready when we were which by 630.
