We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis, conveniently located near the Mall of America. The friendly, accommodating staff made us feel welcome, and the warm signature cookies at check-in were a delightful touch plus the airport shuttle service is free. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant, relaxing experience, and we would gladly stay again. 😊👌

Great stay. Came in for our first Vikings game. Broke my ankle a few days before our trip. Staff were helpful, polite and had actual conversations. Asked us about the game and our plans. Could tell some didnt know what they were talking about but there was a genuine attempt at a conversations from a psych nurse perspective as opposed to kissing our butt. Were so excited we locked our key in the room 2x and they didnt give us a hard time.

Other than completely worn-out outlets at the bed stand, the room was nice, clean with plenty of pillows. Everything is fairly updated. If they change out the broken outlets and add some USB options (other than in the alarm clock) the room would be excellent. We stayed at this location away from Minneapolis campus because dynamic pricing nearby made it extremely expensive. The location of this hotel is great as it is across from Mall of America. They even provide a shuttle back and forth from the mall.

Open and inviting Lobby area with coffee shop. Close to mall and they have a shuttle to the mall as well. Very nice restaurant. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Nice room. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing a bit odd was the elevators seem old and out of place for this nice hotel.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I had to stay there because my flight was delayed adding one more night to my time in Minneapolis, so it would have been nice to have a store of some sort to purchase basic items. But the room was great - the bed extremely comfortable. I had to wait a while to get hot water, but it came and I had a good shower. It is close to the airport, which is what I needed, but that also means you have to put up with jet noise.
