While the individual rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable, the property itself is dirty (hallway floor from the back entrance to the lobby, windows on doors, etc.) and the front desk staff is less than friendly and seldom at the desk. We arrived early (1:30 p.m.) and requested early check in and were told we would need to pay $25.00 (not a nice welcome especially since we've stayed at this property a few times in the past). Very loud music in the evenings (is there a noise ordinance?) and the smell of cigarette smoke abundant in the hallway (on a non-smoking floor) and elevator--not sure if we will be back.
