Clean room and facility. Friendly staff, although i asked to have the room cleaned and have clean towels but they never came. I had to get the towels myself when I got back to the room at night, I asked for my room to be cleaned midday and housekeeping left at 4;30 pm: I got back to the room at 8pm :/

We booked through Expedia and chose the hotel based on pool and hot tub. When we went to check in, we were told they were overbooked and had to drive 10 minutes to a different hotel. That was very disappointing. The new location had a tiny pool and no hot tub. This was a special mother daughter get away and it was a huge disappointment that we weren’t notified of the change. It was too late in the day to change our plans.

The check process was horrible . It was clear that the front desk clerk had no idea what she was done. I made reservations thru Expedia under my name for 2 rooms. We were all issued incorrect keys that could not open our assigned rooms then the replacement was issue. A few minutes after that 2 other guest were open g our doors and coming into our rooms because the were issued for the very same room. Our keys no Longer worked. I am my travels I never was so embarrassed or received such poor service r from an international hotel ever

Weekend trip

The hotel was very average, but clean for the most part. The room was dark though it had pool access; there was no sheer privacy curtain, only the big thick curtain so we were unable to use the light from pool area with out privacy. The desk chair was a standard banquet style chair and uncomfortable. There were a few ants on the bathroom floor- like 2-4 every time we were in it. The bench seat in the room had a stain on it and there was a stain on the floor in the walkway that looked like koolaid or something. On the plus side, there was a Green Mill restaurant attached that had fabulous pizza!

You booked me into a hotel that was no longer a hotel, it is now transient housing. I was lucky enough to speak with someone there who told me I had a room at a different hotel. He said they called me, they did not! When I got to the other holiday inn, they didn’t find my reservation. One lady pawned me off on another lady who was more friendly and honest. She said our reservation was faxed over from first hotel and nobody did anything with it! She found us two rooms for two night and after two hours we were able to check in! I was furious with Expedia for misleading us and being deceptive.
