Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view).

This hotel false advertised a pool and hot tub on the Expedia site when I checked in it was under construction and not even open having a pool and hot tub is a huge selling point for me. That’s what I look for when I rent a room while going on vacation the front desk lady was extremely rude Not welcoming. When I reached out to her and Hilton to see if I could just get transferred to a different Hampton they told me my stay was nonrefundable even though I paid for the protection plan so before you guys purchased that extra $16 protection plan make sure you know what it covers because it really does actually nothing for you.

Our room was nice with a large TV. Regulating room temperature was very difficult - you were either very very warm or cold. The breakfast service was adequate and attention was very good for replacing items and cleanliness. The gym appeared to be new and it honestly was one of the nicest work out areas for a hotel that I have seen. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our family get together. My only complaint was that our stay was 4 nights and we received no room service to replace towels etc. I inquired at the desk and all I got was that they could give us a few towels. A sticker on our mirror in the bathroom said that we would receive room service every other day. Disappointed as room service was why this hotel only received a 3 on our last visit .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, clean and new. The only negative was someone had a dog on the same floor that kept barking Saturday night. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered. Luckily, the barking stopped after a while.

Our room was so big it felt like a little suite. It was spacious, I should say. It was clean and the hotel itself had great staff. The breakfast was good and the setup/eating area was also nice! The coffee was great. I loved the area where we stayed because it was close enough to downtown. We had great food options around us and we were near the main stores I would need if I needed anything (Target, TJ Maxx, etc) there was also a GREAT brewery like 5 minutes away that had amazing food and drinks! Would stay here again.
