The location is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a very long drive. Complimentary breakfast is just enough and the restaurant that is accessible via the hotel had amazing food!

The staff was very accommodating. It was late night and the young man at the front opened the breakfast frig and gave me a milk for my baby. Very cute rooms. Breakfast was included. Great place for the price. Would definitely come back.

This hotel was great for a blended family with the two bedrooms and pull out couch. So everyone had somewhere to sleep without having to pay for another room. The kitchenette was just as helpful for our extended stay.

Our suite room was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Kitchenette was a bonus. Breakfasts were substantial. Location is very convenient to the Mall of America and near the common box stores - Target, Walmart, Cub Foods, Aldi’s, etc. near very good restaurants too.

There was mold above the shower wall, the water in the tub didn't drain well so you're standing in water, the hot water was tepid, one of the TV's didn't work until a staff member fixed it, the pull out bed was atrocious it was so uncomfortable it became the night's sleep from hell, the room was clean but not as luxurious as I anticipated, the food staff were pleasant

Everyone we met was friendly but we didn’t need or utilize the amenities aside from our room. The hotel is very basic and while we had a nice stay, it was nothing to write home about. Its key value is the location (close to the care facility we were visiting) and the very cheap price point. The bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable and the one-bedroom suite was spacious. The bedding was very basic and no extra sheets or blankets were provided in the room. The room seemed superficially clean but we found utensils and plates in the dishwasher and weren’t sure if they were clean or dirty. The dish towel had a huge hole in it. The hotel overall could use a refresh to bring it up to modern standards but meets the basic standards for what we paid.

My 3 stay at this hotel. Staff has always been friendly, and helpful. My room this visit could use some repairs. Multiple bathroom floor tiles broken with loose grout that stuck to your feet. The tub drain was restricted and drained very slowly, causing standing water while showering and slippery, unsafe footing in the tub. The towel bar was missing.
