Avoid if you can!!! The staff was excellent!! The room was horrible and they charge the same price as Residence Inn, 2 blocks away ( where I usually stay, but this trip, they didn't have a room) The room odor was sooooooo bad, I used an entire bottle of Febreze pet odor eliminator, thank goodness the window opened. The room had zero supplies, you had to ask for anything you needed. The room was in complete disrepair... my shoes stuck to the kitchen and bathroom floors. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, the white grout was brown to black in some spots, the toilet was 12 inches off the floor. The room keys didn't work, had to go to front desk 3 times to get keys that finally worked. They do accept pets and supply bags for dog waste, but doesn't look like guests use them, there was dog doo doo everywhere, which is unfortunate. I could go on forever, Hopefully, I never have to stay again.

Room wasn’t clean or put together. There was old hair dye on the counter (stained my bag), no kitchen plates, forks, etc., chair was uneven, room didn’t feel vacuumed. It was quiet though and the dog fee was very reasonable.

Concrete sidewalk to front door needed a good scrubbing. Elevator smelled of marijuana. Carpet in our room was filthy and bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Beds were good and the halls were quiet.

Front desk was friendly and helpful checking in. Room the floors were not swept all the way, shower was dirty, previous guests garbage still in bathroom garbage can. Sheets and pillows questionable as to cleanliness. There were no supplies for the kitchen which was the main reason to book to save on cost of a meal.

The staff is friendly and this property is clean. But it is showing it's age. There are a few holes in some hallway walls. Sink stoppers do not work. And building maintenance could use some tender loving care. But all appliances and both elevators worked. Not deluxe , but not a dump.

My husband and daughter arrived and no one was there to greet them at the front. They had to call a number to get there. The front entrance smelled like smoke and was dirty and needed an upgrade. The building smelt like fish at times when people are cooking, at times it smelt like marijuana, and other cooking foods. The room was dirty. There was crumbs under the bed cobwebs on the windows stains in the tub. Bed was clean. Person working at the front gave off creepy vibes. But the price was low so we got what we paid for.
